Be a Sponsor for Summer Camp at Lutherlyn

Decades ago, Lutherlyn made the never-broken promise that no child is turned away from summer camp for financial reasons.  
Every summer families make requests for financial assistance to pay the camp fee. Campers in severe financial need or difficult home situations are  provided with a full week of camp and necessary personal items (sleeping bag, swimwear, socks, etc) through Lutherlyn’s REACH program, so they can fully participate in and enjoy their camp experience. 

We need your help to make it happen!  We ask you to join us in keeping this vitally important promise to the children and families living in our community by sponsoring summer camp at Lutherlyn. Lutherlyn provides more than $65,000 in camp scholarships and reduced fees each summer. Thanks to your support we are able to give these children (who would otherwise have absolutely no means to attend) a week of faith, fun, and friendship that many campers have described as the best week of their life!

Every sponsorship brings the dream of summer camp closer to reality for a child. From providing scholarships to art supplies or sports equipment, your gift makes a difference! Your sponsorship goes further than just providing  fun; it is life changing. You are providing a safe place where everyone is accepted, challenged, and sent out into the world to make a difference. Campers learn independence, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and they grow in self-confidence - lessons they will carry with them beyond this summer and for the rest of their lives.

Benefits and Levels of Sponsorship

As a thank you to businesses who participate in sponsorship, we provide the benefits listed below at CampBlast!, our annual open house event.  This event helps Lutherlyn raise awareness about our broad range of exciting Summer Camp programs as well as providing the community with a family-friendly day to enjoy all Lutherlyn has to offer.  Annually, CampBlast! has more than 1,200 guests from the areas in and around Butler County. 

$5,000 Summer Fun Sponsor (Provides 10 children with a week of summer camp):
Full page ad in the program booklet, large sponsorship sign/banners at the Main Entrance, recognition/link on Lutherlyn’s website, Facebook “thank you” post the week before CampBlast!

$2,500 Blast! Sponsor (Provides 5 children with a week of summer camp):
Full page ad in the program booklet, large sponsorship sign/banners at the dining area, recognition/link on Lutherlyn’s website, Facebook “thank you” post the week before CampBlast!

$1,000 Event Sponsor (Provides 2 children with a week of summer camp):
Half page ad in the program booklet, large sponsorship sign at Camp Office/Store, recognition/link on Lutherlyn’s website, Facebook “thank you” post the week before CampBlast!

$500 Meal Sponsor (Provides a child with a week of summer camp):
Half page ad in the program booklet, sponsorship signs in the dining room, recognition/link on Lutherlyn’s website

$250 Friendship Sponsor (Provides a child with 1/2 week of summer camp):
Quarter page ad in the program booklet, sponsorship sign along Friendship Way, recognition/link on Lutherlyn’s website

$125 Activity Sponsor (Provides a child with a day of summer camp):  Listing in program booklet, sponsorship sign at an activity (i.e. pony rides, archery range, ropes course), recognition/link on Lutherlyn’s website
