Meeting Rooms

Retreat reservations include cabins and a meeting space for each group. Lutherlyn tries to provide each group with the meeting room that is closest to their cabins.

Environmental Education Center

Location: The Environmental Education Center is located in the corner of the parking lot and is the closest meeting space to the Ridge Village Cabins. The basement is a classroom/meeting facility. Capacity: 30 people Features: bathrooms, dry erase board, TV/DVD, sinks, chairs, tables, outdoor covered patio with tables

Fireside Room

Location: The Fireside Room is located in the Dining Hall next to the large dining room. It is the closest meeting space to the Arbor Village.

Capacity: 30 people

Features: Bathrooms, TV/DVD, sinks, water fountain, chairs, tables, fireplace.

Redwood Lodge

Location: Redwood Lodge is located in the middle of the Log Cabin Village and is close to the Dining Hall.

Capacity: 80 people

Features: bathrooms, dry erase board, TV/DVD, kitchenette (microwave, refrigerator, sinks, counter space), coffee maker, hot water pot, chairs, tables.

Stewart Center

Location: The Stewart Center is connected to the office right by the main parking lot. It is close to the Log Cabins and the Ridge Cabins.

Capacity: 30 people

Features: bathrooms, dry erase board, TV/DVD, kitchen (microwave, refrigerator, sinks), coffee maker, hot water pot, chairs, tables, couch seating for 8, fireplace.

Wallace Hall

Location: Wallace Hall is located in the Camp Shaulis area of Lutherlyn. Wallace is next Dogwood Picnic Pavilion.

Capacity: 100 people

Features: Fireplace, dry erase board, bathrooms, kitchenette (refrigerator, microwave, sink, coffee maker, counter space), chairs for 100 people, collapsible tables.
