Rental and Retreats Food Service

Our Food Service is designed to meet the needs of diners from all age groups. In addition, we are able to accommodate most dietary restrictions with ample notice.

All groups are asked to complete the dietary information form. This enables our food service staff to adequately meet the needs of each group. Because multiple groups could be served simultaneously, it is necessary to have all dietary information at least two weeks prior to your event/retreat so all needs can be accommodated. The food service director will make all final menu planning decisions.

*Note: peanut butter and jelly is an option at all meals. Peanut butter alternatives are also available.




2016 Sample Retreat Meals
Meals may include but are not limited to:

Breakfast :
Pancakes, waffles, french toast, breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage, ham, scrambled eggs, frittatas, assorted sweetbreads, assorted danish, fresh fruit, cold cereal, hot cereal, yogurt, and assorted breakfast syrups.

Lunch:
Chef's choice pizza, gourmet grilled cheese, vegetable wraps, grilled chicken sandwich, chicken salad sandwich, Italian sausage, pulled pork, chef's choice soup, and salad bar.

Dinner:
Lasagna, beef brisket, chicken marsala, roasted potatoes, toasted orzo, rice pilaf, broccoli, vegetable medley, roasted corn, and salad bar.
