Jesus brought and lived out a message of grace and love. The message has been variously called, gōd-spell, goðspiall, glad tidings, euangelion. It is known to us as the “Gospel” or the “Good News.”
The theme this summer will be “Good News for Everyone.” Campers will learn about and discuss this message of grace and love. Lutherlyn is a place where people come not only to learn about God’s grace and love, but also experience it.
Lutherlyn has been a place of Good News for generations. It is a place where the Good News of Jesus Christ is lived out through friendship, singing, fun, nature, Bible Study, the witness and role-modeling of our staff, and the presence of God.
As we prepare for the coming of our 65th summer camp season, it is important to know that the ability to experience the Good News is available to everyone! No child has ever been turned away from camp because of the inability to pay the registration – This is our promise. Summer camp registrations are coming in daily and with them are requests for financial assistance.
This promise cannot be kept without you. When you support this ministry, you play a vital role in Lutherlyn's faithful continuation of this promise.
