CANCELLATION POLICY: A $40 non-refundable cancellation fee is in effect for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled retreat.

U.F.O. (UNFINISHED OBJECTS) RETREAT - Jan. 15-17, 2010 (with optional early arrival on Jan. 14th)
UFO's haunt our cupboards and drawers. Like so many artists, crafters, quilters, and scrapbookers, unfinished projects linger around us. This weekend is for you to finish (or that a big step towards finishing) those U.F.O.'s. You bring the UFO and Lutherlyn will provide a place to sleep, good food to eat, work space, and fellowship with old and new friends! Online registration is available.

WINTER RETREAT - Jan. 22-24, 2010 (grades 4-12)
A winter reunion of summer camp friends and some of our summer staff. Bible Stydy, games, campfire, worship, friends, and fun in the snow! Online registration is available.

LUTHERLYN AMBASSADOR TRAINING - Feb. 6, 2010 - 9:30am-4:30pm
Lutherlyn ambassadors are a great asset to Lutherlyn and to congregations. Each congregation in the NWPA and SWPA synod should have an ambassador who promotes camp in the congregation. This training day will prepare ambassadors to represent Lutherlyn in their own congregation.

GEOLOGY SATURDAY SAFARI - Feb. 20, 2010, 9:30am-noon
Hike to one of Lutherlyn's most unique places, Chapel Rock. We will learn about the geology of Western PA and Butler County as we hike through a beautiful stream valley. Weather permitting, we will climb Chapel Rock. Register online or by calling the Environmental education center at 724-86-9079. Registration deadline is Feb. 15th. Online registration is available.
YOUTH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT INSTITUTE - Feb. 26-28, 2010
For adult leaders of youth. It's a weekend working retreat that focuses on how to build and rebuild ministries to/with youth. It also shows you how to put more PIZZAZZ into a healthy youth ministry. It's hands-on, take home and use it, practical help! Online Registration is available.

MAPLE SUGARING SATURDAY SAFARI - March 6, 2010, 9:30am-noon or 1:00-3:30pm
Take part in the time-honored tradition as we turn maple sap into syrup. This Saturday Sarari features winter tree identification, tapping maple trees, collecting sap, and observing the evaporation process in Lutherlyn's own SUGAR SHACK. Dress to be outside. There is a morning session from 9:30-noon and an afternoon session from 1:00-3:30. Please register for one session only. MYSTERY QUILTING/SCRAPBOOKING RETREAT - March 19-21, 2010 (optional early arrival on March 18)
Come and join us for a fun filled weekend of Mystery Quilting, scrapbooking, and crafting at Lutherlyn. This weekend will awaken your creativity and stimulate your ambition. Mystery Quilters will receive a shopping list prior to the retreat. Clues will be distributed throughout the weekend for a beautiful Mystery Quilt project! Online registration is available.

OPEN HOUSE - May 2, 2010 - 12:00-4:00pm
Preview our summer programs and help us celebrate Earth Day! Tour camp. Take a nature hike and visit Terra Dei Homestead. Enjoy and "all you care to eat" pancake ans sausage feast. Camp-age youth may participate in games to win prizes (including 4 half camperships for Summer Camp 2010). Admission is FREE. Lunch is $8 for adults and $5 for kids (ages 5-12). HIKE-A-THON - May 2, 2010
Hike and enjoy acres of wooded hills, streams, lakes, flora and fauna. It's a great way to be close to nature by hiking through God's glorious creation and, at the same time, raise money for Lutherlyn's Campership fund. SUMMER CAMPERS CAN RAISE MONEY TOWARDS THEIR OWN SUMMER CAMP FEE - 1/2 OF THE MONEY THAT A SUMMER CAMPER BRINGS IN WILL GO TOWARDS THEIR OWN REGISTRATION FEE AND THE OTHER HALF WILL GO INTO THE CAMPERSHIP FUND. ADULT BREAK-OUT ADVENTURE - May 15, 2010
Always wanted to try some "outdoorsy adventures" but never had the time or guts or opportunity? Here it is! A series of adventure opportunities for adults that require no prior knowledge or skills! Choose Canoeing or Horseback Riding for this adventure (more adventures to come in the future, including rock climbing, backpacking, and mountain biking). Registration information coming soon!
WORSHIP AND MUSIC CENTER WORK WEEKEND - May 21-23, 2010
This work weekend will be completely focused on getting the worship and music center closer to completion. There will be projects for people of all skill levels (including those who have no construction skills at all). More detailed information coming soon!
